Exchange Policy

Rakht Saaz offers 14-day Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

How to initiate an exchange:

• The exchange item must be sent to our office address.
