Refund policy

At Rakht Saaz, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take prompt action to resolve it.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the return’s status. If the return is approved, we will issue a voucher code for the amount of your returned item, which will be sent to your provided email address.
• Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a voucher code will be issued for the value of the returned item.
